From Concrete Deck to Long-Term Protection

EVALUATE & PREPARE

We evaluate the deck for moisture, drainage, cracks, failed areas, and surface contaminants. The concrete is mechanically prepared to create a clean, sound surface for dependable coating adhesion.

REPAIR & WATERPROOF

Cracks, spalls, depressions, failed patches, and joints are repaired as needed. We then apply primer followed by a flexible elastomeric waterproofing base coat.

PROTECT & STRIPE

A reinforced slip-resistant traffic layer is installed with broadcast aggregate, followed by a protective wear coat. High-visibility traffic markings are completed before areas are reopened in planned phases.
